Onze kamer was schoon en netjes, en we genoten van een prachtig uitzicht op de prachtige Grote Bavo Kerk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar via telefoon of app berichten. We waren blij te zien dat er een keukentje in onze ruime kamer was, wat erg handig was. De bedden waren comfortabel en het wifi-signaal was sterk. Al met al was het een leuk hotel om te verblijven.
Het was jammer dat de parkeergelegenheid die in de faciliteitenlijst stond eigenlijk een openbare en betaalde parkeerplaats was, niet direct bij het hotel. Gelukkig werd de airconditioning genoemd als faciliteit, maar in onze kamer hadden we alleen een ventilator.
